Does MIDA accept small-quantity or trial projects?
We can support the first 1-2 orders.
How long does it take to receive the first product sample after placing an order?
Depending on the complexity and quantity of the product, in most cases, you will receive the sample within 40-60 days after placing the order. (Excluding holiday and Tet periods)
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
Depending on the specific project, upon receipt of complete information, we will deliver a quotation within one business week
What information do we need to provide to receive a mold-making quotation?
You need to provide the 3D file (STEP/IGS), 2D drawing (if available), EAU, material requirements, and mold specifications.
If the 2D drawing is not available, we will provide a preliminary quotation
Which Incoterm is the quotation based on? Do you support quoting with DAP?
We will quote on FOB terms and can support DAP if needed.
What kind of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is it?
We are willing to sign an NDA according to the customer’s requirements.
